For the second workshop in our Pickling Hataitai series, we will be making pickled bean salad and easy quick pickled vegetables.

Join us on Monday 20th of February where we will be learning a delicious pickled bean salad recipe while also looking at quick easy ways to pickle excess vegetables that might otherwise go to waste.

Please bring with you a couple of large clean glass jars and 2 - 3 vegetables that you might want to pickle, cauliflowers, beans, carrots, and cabbage are ideal. We will have brine recipes and spices to turn these simple vegetables into tasty fermented snacks.

There's a load of local parking.
