Mystery Box Challenge with Seeds to Feeds and Kaibosh

Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn cooking methods to get more from your kai at home and enjoy the abundance of the season!

In this Mystery Box Challenge you’ll learn how to use up what you have, use what’s in season and how to keep more of the nutritional goodness before food is wasted. We’ll cover tips and techniques such as roasting, hot and cold pickling, preserving and delicious bulk-cooking. You’ll have a jar or two of deliciousness to take home and we’ll enjoy a light shared meal together to end the evening.

Arrive from 4.45 pm for 5.15 pm start - light refreshment on arrival
Meal at 8 pm

If you have large clean jars of 500mls or so please feel free to bring some along.
