This appetising lunch has been designed to show case the versatility of our garden produce. The Hataitai team will be taking simple, everyday ingredients and turning them into super scrumptious salads! Think satay inspired noodle salad, pickled bean with rice and cumin, lentils, roast vegetables, foraged greens and more!
This meal will be accompanied by the many delicious pickles jarred up over the three part workshop series "Pickling Hataitai".
