We are kicking off our three part workshop series, Pickling Hataitai, with our preserved lemon workshop!
At this time of year, citrus trees around Aotearoa are heaving with delicious fruit. Sometimes too much fruit and we’re not sure what to do with them all.
Join us on Monday 13th of February to learn about preserving lemons and how we can help this mighty citrus last longer in our pantries. We will focus on preserved lemons but if there is time in the 2 hours we will also look at making citrus curd and other lemon-based dishes.
If you DO have an abundance of lemons at home, please bring them along! Got a lime or orange tree? No worries, bring them along. Please feel free to a jar or two with you.
